Idle Threat has released a new single, “wither without,” featuring Silent Planet vocalist Garrett Russell, ahead of the band’s upcoming album “You’ll Forget the Sun,” due out May 8 on Tooth & Nail.
The track appears on the Nashville band’s second full-length album. “You’ll Forget the Sun” is the follow-up to their 2022 release “Blurred Vision.”
In a statement, the band said the song “is about watching someone you love slowly decay before your eyes and the continuous fight that it takes to stay by their side when everything in you wants to look away. It’s about carrying on their memory when they’ve lost their own.”
