Midwest punk band Jon Q Public announced today that they will embark on a two-part tour. The tour begins March 16, 2026, at the Comet in Cincinnati, Ohio. This part of the tour will run till April 18, 2026, in Shelbyville, IN, at the Strand Theatre.
After a brief hiatus, Jon Q Public will resume touring for the second part of their tour at The Well Coffee House in South Bend, Indiana, on May 1, 2026.
On May 10, 2026, the tour will make a stop at Detroit, MI’s Corkscrew Tavern. (An opening act has yet to be announced as of the publication of this article.)
The setlist will contain many of the band’s “feature standout tracks” from the Jon Q Public catalog.
Jon Q Public is a punk band from the Midwest that is known for “high-energy performances and catchy rock and roll songs with attitude.”
The band has a debut album, ‘Crackheads Boxing Club & Split Decision,’ which was released on July 18, 2025, and they will be releasing their self-titled album, ‘Jon Q Public,’ later this year.
The band consists of JJ Roetting on vox & strings, Joe Payne on strings & backup vox, Adam Pacheco on drums, and Jon Doe, who fills in occasionally on drums or strings & backup vox.
