Catch Your Breath has released their new album Not Broken Enough, out now through Thriller Records. The record includes recent tracks “[Gen]inside (featuring Kami Kehoe)” and “Blood Money,” along with the latest single “Red Alert.”
The band said the album speaks to listeners who feel worn down by daily disappointments but continue pushing forward. About “Red Alert,” they added that the song captures the moment someone recognizes another person’s manipulative behavior and chooses to wait for the truth to reveal itself.
Catch Your Breath will support the album with the Not Broken Enough Tour, a nearly two‑month run featuring TX2, Arankai, and Colorblind. The tour begins October 16, 2026, in Cincinnati. The tour includes a November 20, 2026, stop at Saint Andrew’s Hall in Detroit.
The Austin‑based band—vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez—blends synth‑driven soundscapes, modern rock influences, and emotionally charged songwriting. They first broke through with “Shame On Me” before “Dial Tone” surpassed 100 million streams and accelerated their rise across the heavy‑music scene.
Catch Your Breath has toured with Falling In Reverse, Ice Nine Kills, Breaking Benjamin, Nothing More, and Three Days Grace and has appeared at major festivals including Download Festival, Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple, and Nova Rock. Not Broken Enough marks the band’s next chapter, expanding on the intensity and honesty that have defined their sound.
