Following the release of their EP, Road To Reign: A Prelude, originally released in 2025, the members of Las Vegas’s The Cab announce their new album, Chasing Crowns. The new album is scheduled to be released April 24, 2026.
The forthcoming album will expand on last year’s EP, Road To Reign: A Prelude.
Chasing Crowns will feature several songs, including “Back From the Dead,” “Hellraiser,” and “Locked and Loaded.” “Locked and Loaded” is the band’s newest single that was released to their fans on February 20, 2026.
Front man Alex DeLeon shares, “After all this time, it feels like we are finally home again. We have been waiting over ten years to be able to headline, release an album, and sing these songs again with the fans, so this is completely surreal. Counting down the seconds to be on those stages and for people to see and hear what we have had up our sleeves!”
The American pop-rock band members include the return of members Alex DeLeon (vocals), Alex Marshall (guitar, keys), Dave Briggs (drums), Joey Thunder (bass), and Chantry Johnson (guitar).
In addition to the announcement of the new album, The Cab announced that they will be in Pontiac on June 13, 2026, at the Crofoot. This is one of many stops on their upcoming tour, which kicks off in Dallas, TX, on May 22, 2026.
